The West End comes to Bridgnorth!
A fantastic one-off event to raise money for Rupert’s Revenge. Stars of West End shows (Les Mis, Miss Saigon, Mama Mia) will join with amateur singers from Bridgnorth (and beyond) in a ‘come and sing it’ day – complete with an evening performance of music from Broadway and the West End; including Les Miserables, Jesus Christ Superstar, The Lion King and more favourites…..
Accompanied by professional musicians from the Birmingham Philamonic and conducted by Musical Director of Les Miserables, Alfonso Casado, ANYONE and EVERYONE (14-16s must be accompanied) is welcome to come and join in – it’s going to be a one off chance to make history, raise money and have fun….
Rehearse all day and then perform in the evening under full lighting as our town becomes the West End for one night only.
If singing isn’t your thing – there are audience tickets available for a gala evening concert, with some VIP tickets (drinks reception and meet the stars) too.
It’s all going to happen right here in the heart of our wonderful town, at St Leonard’s Church, Bridgnorth.
We anticipate tickets will sell fast to please book early so you don’t miss out.
All in a great cause – raising funds for six year old Bridgnorth boy, little Rupert Beckett who is suffering from neuroblastoma – a rare form of cancer which needs specialist treatment.
Let’s come together as a community – and SING FOR RUPERT!
